Thanks for your reply @braehler, something happened. it hid many jobs apart from one. Also the label ‘load more listings still appears? Mmmh. I’m trying to have only what’s in the blue circle and it’s a bit illusive. Any other ideas? IMAGE LINK

That is not something that it can do by default through the shortcode. You can find a list of all the available shortcode options here:

You would need to use some kind of custom code or third party plugin to change how the search is working, and to have it redirect to open on a separate page.
