Shortcode for excerpts

I’m using the shortcode [tptn_list daily=”1″] in a page for a daily Top 10 list. I was wondering what the shortcode would be to include excerpts.

I tried variations of tptn_excerpt with =true =show =yes within the shortcode above to no avail.

How would I format the code in order to include the excerpts?
