Shortcode for page?

There doesn’t appear to be a “Live Stream” option Under settings. That option is on the main menu. But there is no explanation of how to use short code on pages on either screen.
“Under the ‘Settings’ menu in WordPress will be a new menu called ‘Live Stream’. Find out how to use shortcodes there.”
