Shortcode for User Level Specific Content

How do I now make a Shortcode for Username or User Level Specific Content?

I want to have 2 Users. Each can log in and see Restricted Content specific only to their successful login.

Example:
User A logs in and sees only User A content.
User B logs in and sees only User B content.

I was expecting something like –
[restricted user_name=’User_A’] User A sees this[/restricted]
[restricted user_name=’User_B’] User B sees this[/restricted]

Is this still possible?
