    Hey all,

I’ve inherited a mess of a website. I’ve slowly been working with the client to get it cleaned up. They have intake forms on the website. This is the plugin the old dev was using. I know this because when I go to the intake form page I can see the shortcode being used. I need to make changes to the current form, but the problem is, the shortcode used on the webpage doesn’t seem to exist in ads. The only thing I see in ads is a test ad he made and the shortcode is different than what’s used on the intake page. Is there somewhere else I need to look for the form? I know I can ultimately just create a new form, but this has me curious. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

    Hey,

[aol] shortocode is used in a WordPress page to display all the ads on the front-end. In your case, this shortcode should display only one Test Ad, created by your old dev.

    Best Regards.

Precisely. But what I’m saying is, the shortcode that is being used on the front end does not match that of the “test” form in ads. The shortcode on the front end that is being used is aol shortcode, but the form the code is referring to does not exist in the ads.

shortcode shown in an ad editor can display only that particular ad. Description is written along with the shotcode in the ad editor. However, [aol] shortocode displays list of all available ads.

    Best Regards.
