Shortcode from others plugins

Hi there!

I don’t want to send password (I know, its not possible),
but I’d like to send a link to the user create his password.
This link has the username, like this one:
https://box-cards.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=T9r8Ytest9oKBI2LnTG5&login=USERNAME

On my site I usually use this shortcode: %PASSWORD%
that sends the URL above.

Can I use another shortcodes in your plugin?

What should I do?
