• I’ve created an Olimometer Campaign, set the Paypal information, played with a few settings, then saved it and posted the following code into a new post:

    [olimometer id=3]

When I view the post, all I see is a blank page that has the words “Olimometer 2.52”, which just links to the same post. I’ve tried linking to the default “campaigns”, like id=1 and id=2, but I get the same results.

Here is my page – https://www.galacticbattles.net/new/?p=2958

The only thing I can think of, is that I am possibly using the wrong version of WordPress (WordPress 4.0.1)

    Any ideas?

At first, I thought it had something to do with GD libraries not being installed, but the WordPress plugin tells me the following:

    Diagnostics
    GD Extension: Installed
    PayPal Integration: OK.

I’ll create a phpinfo.php file on my webserver later just to make sure, but if that’s not the case, I’m stumped.

Do you see the Olimometer image on the settings page in the preview section?

    I’ve found your error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagettfbbox() in /home/galactic/public_html/new/wp-content/plugins/olimometer/thermometer.php on line 382

This means that your web server’s GD installation hasn’t been compiled with TTF (for TrueType Fonts) support.

Ok. Awesome. Thanks! I’ll see of I can fix this on the server side.

Yeah, the preview in the settings page don’t show the thermometer.

Was this ever resolved? I’m having the same exact issue with my Olimometer (www.cartersrun.org) on the homepage. Of course I’m not a developer so I didn’t understand the error message.

Same here. My $ amount won’t change when it’s set to ‘manual’.
    What can we do?

This is an awesome plugin and can’t find another like it.
