Shortcode ID selector not working

    Hello, I am using the shortcode on my Shop page to display filters. When I use the default shortcode it works : [fe_widget] (it shows the priority filter set)

    But when I want to show a secondary filter set like [fe_widget id=”8668″] it does not work.

    When I check the HTML of the filter it shows the ID of the main filter set, the one that shows with the default shortcode. Here is the HTML :

    <div class="wpc-filters-main-wrap wpc-filter-set-8600" data-set="8600">

    How to use the ID attribute in the shortcode correctly ?

    I am using Elementor Pro page builder and WPML to translate my filters too.

    Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

    There is a lot of confusion with the ID in the shortcodes, it wasn’t created to display a filter set by its ID but rather as a priority which one will be displayed first if there are a couple of shortcodes and filter sets applied to one page. In the future, we are planning to remove the ID from shortcodes. If you have a couple of filter sets applied to one page use priority only, and do not add ID at all in shortcodes.

    Thank you for your answer. Looked in the documentation, but I did not find how to choose Priority on my filter sets, and how to include this priority in the shortcode. Can you guide me here ?

    Apologies for the confusion in the previous answer. We made a functionality mistake between the PRO and Free versions.

    The free version only can display one filter set on the page, and there is no priority option in the filter set settings.

    The PRO version has a priority option in the filter set settings, with the ability to display several filter sets on one page.

    So in the free version, the first filter will only be displayed on your page.
