Shortcode in Before FAQ section

  • Hello there!
    Nice plugin but I have two questions for you:
    1) is it possible to add a shortcode in the “Before FAQ” section and let it work? I added a form shortcode but it does’t work;
    2) is it possible to have the FAQ (“domande e risposte”) tab always visible even if there are no questions yet?
