ShortCode in Description

@pureevil2002 – Currently the image description is parsed and a shortcode will not translate as is although I can see some interesting applications on this idea.

As is, it would make a great Feature Request item here: https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/feature-voting/ … please feel free to share your thoughts and ideas on it.
