    I’m unsure what you mean – how are you mailing your subscribers? Another plugin? Any information about the process would be of help,

    Hi Alex, Sorry for delay in providing more details. The email goes out from WordPress to the blog subscribers with the post included. Instead of seeing the quiz, we see the shortcode. I can share a screen shot but not sure how to do that in this forum.
