Shortcode in Footer widget not actually displaying the Testimonials

    On the site (I’ve linked to our staging site) – we have the following:
    – WooCommerce Storefront Parent theme (no child theme)
    – Storefront Footer Bar enabled, adding a second footer bar above the original footer bar
    – Three testimonials and a Testimonial short code set up
    – I have added a Custom HTML widget to the “Footer Bar” section and included the testimonial code: [rt-testimonial id=”2589″ title=”Footer Testimonials”]

    The issue I have is that the short code is displayed and not the actual testimonials themselves. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, and the only combination of things I’ve been able to see that made it work was installing the Woof-Products Filter for WooCommerce and activating it
    THIS suddenly makes the testimonials show up, however it breaks our product filter on the page, and we do not actually need that plugin. Once I deactivate and/or delete the woof-product filter plugin, my testimonials then no longer show up again.

    Are you able to assist with why the short code is showing and not the actual testimonials?

    You can call our widget it will work.
