Shortcode in Meta Header

I’m trying to add an Instagram feed shortcode to the meta header:

<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[instagram-feed]’); ?>

But it doesn’t seem to work?

I’m using the Themify Base theme at youngandhitched.com
