Shortcode Insert Not Working

  • Hello, I’ve run into an issue where, while editing a page, I can’t insert the shortcode. I can copy-paste the shortcode and it works great, but the button just won’t insert the code into the page. Now this isn’t too much of an issue in itself since the plugin still works, but I’ve been unable to find any documentation which tells how to change the size of the visitor generated shortcode without said button. If I could just get the “small” parameter I’d be good to go. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

    Hi, are you using the text editor? Can you please try to use the button with the visual editor?

    To answer your question, it’s very easy:

    [yasr_visitor_votes size=”small”]

    attribute size can have values
    small
    medium
    large

    if attribute size is ommitted large is the default

    Yes, when using the text editor the button doesn’t work for some reason. The shortcode you provided however worked like a charm and I now have the small stars showing up. Thanks for the help!
