    link please

My short code isn’t displaying what it’s supposed to.
    This is my short code:
    [tminus t=”31-07-2015 ” style=”cloud-city” days=”tage” omitweeks=”true”/]

The short code seems only to understand the first two attributes, whatever I put in third place doesn’t happen.

Link for the page where my t- is placed: https://rafalandtomasz.com/history/

I would appreciate some help …

Very strange. Try removing the days and omitweeks attributes and try setting the defaults in the plugin’s settings page.

Are you entering the shortcode in Visual mode by chance? Be sure you are entering the shortcode in TEXT (HTML) mode in the editor.

    Thanks for the quick response.
I entered the short code in the TEXT mode.

I didn’t get the short cut from the plugin, I created it myself following the instructions these instructions: https://plugins.twinpictures.de/plugins/t-minus-countdown/documentation/

Is there anyway to get the short code from the plugin?

the shortcode you are using is:
    [tminus t="31-07-2015 " style="cloud-city" days="tage" omitweeks="true"/]

    Try using
    [tminus t="31-07-2015 "]
and setting the rest of the options in the plugin settings, located under dashboard > settings > T-Countdown

Ah, wait! maybe it’s due to the extra space you have after the date. Try:
    [tminus t="31-07-2015"]
and the rest set up as default in the plugin options page.

I have done that and the countdown has now the default look.
The plugin can only be found in widgets and not in dashboard > settings > T-Countdown
So I don’t know how to change the settings unless I set it as a sidebar widget.

oh? which version of the the plugin are you using? You do have admin rights, correct?

I created the site, so yes, I do have admin access …
The plugin was downloaded on the wordpress itself, I got the latest version I saw, which is Version 2.2.15

If you can not reach the plugin settings page under Dashboard > Settings > T-Countdown, then please delete and re-install the plugin. If this does not resolve the problem, do you, by chance, have other countdown plugins installed?

    I tried that already ??
I have other ones … but at some point I deleted all of them and still it didn’t work … I will try again and I let you know how I get on

I have the same or very similar problem.
This shortcode [tminus t=”2015-01-03 09:30:00″/] makes the timer count. Adding any of the style or omit fields and the timer stays at all zeros.
I have version 2.2.16a and no other countdown plugins.
I deleted 2.2.15 before installing latest version.
It does not show under Settings.
Using it as a widget works as expected on fondyfire.com

I should have added that while the timer doesn’t count, the display shows without the weeks when omit weeks is included.

    [tminus t=”2012-12-20″ omitweeks=”true”/]

Icemannie: please provide a link to the page in question. If the timer is not counting down, it’s most likely an issue with a JavaScript error, or an outdated version of jQuery.

    Thanks for the quick reply!

https://www.ff.icemannie.com/?page_id=7918 does not work as a shortcode

    https://www.ff.icemannie.com/ works as a widget

same site – non working page is not linked as yet to a menu
