Shortcode is not working

    Not sure what you mean by the shortcode can’t be linked into your page. Does your theme prevent shortcodes from working?

    Are you using the ‘gform’ or ‘wpgform’ shortcode? If you’re using the older, and deprecated, ‘gform’ shortcode then switch to the ‘wpgform’ shortcode and see if that helps.

    Hi Mike,

    I’m meaning that when I add the shortcode into the page, my form cant seem to display. I’m using wpgform already.

    I dont think that the theme is affecting the shortcode though*

    It is possible you’re dealing with a plugin conflict. Temporarily disable all other plugins except Google Forms and see if the problem persists.
