    Hi there

    Facing same problem … tried all things like deactivating all plugins to check the conflict… no conflict found

    Iam using real estate manager plugin, everything is fine, only one shortcode is not working (503 service unavailable error)

    If i use same shortcode on a page without pagebuilder, shortcode working perfect..on pagebuilder page its not working, not even on text widget and not on siteorigin editor..

    if i use same shortcode in appearance > widgets by using text or site origin editor, its working fine

    Only problem is on page using pagebulider. Please guide as iam stuck

    Hi Adeel,

    Has this shortcode previously worked for you?

    Regardless, please enable WP_DEBUG and then please try using this shortcode in SiteOrigin page Builder again. Enabling WP_DEBUG will allow for the full error message to output and that should give us a better idea of what’s going on.

    Enabling WP_DEBUG will require editing your wp-config.php file. If you need assistance with making this edit, please reach out to your hosting provider.

    yes shortcode was working fine like till January 2018. After updating siteorigin plugin in jan 2018 the same shortocode stop working….

    After putting the same shortcode on page with siteorigin pagebuilder… Refreshing that specific website page this error appears

    ERROR
    503 service unavailable

    Hi Adeel,

    Thank you for confirming. Can you please follow the instructions outlined in my previous reply? This will allow us to see the full error message rather than the generic 503 error message.
