Shortcode list view not showing time

For the “Upcoming events (List)” settings, we have “Include Events Times” checked, as shown here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/me-calendar-not-showing-date-time-in-list-view/

We have the above set up for a widget, however it does not show the times, just the date. How can this be fixed?
