Shortcode Maker Error

I didn’t solve the problem. The issue is that the developer is having issues with the update server because he and/or it is in russia.

We’re getting this error, or a similar error, on our WP site:

HTTP response code is 402 (expected: 200) in /home/pxxzz123/public_html/wp-content/plugins/shortcodes-ultimate-maker/vendor/kernl-update-checker/Puc/v4p10/UpdateChecker.php on line 434

Seems fishy tha5t our this plugin is making requests to an outside server.

The requests are to check for updates for the premium add-on(s). I have solve this issue for now by editing that file to prevent the error from showing if/until the developer gets his problems resolved.

On line 753 of that file there is an else statement

} else {

I changed this line to

} elseif(0) {
