Hi using the following shortcode messes up my HTML structure: [RICH_REVIEWS_SNIPPET stars_only=”true”]

It is used in the footer of my site here: https://www.247electrician.info/

That shortcode displays the section showing the Overall rating in the middle footer column.

With this shortcode in place the Our Latest Customer Reviews: section ends up displaying below the middle footer column instead of being located on the right hand side in the third footer column.

Removing the shortcode places the Our Latest Customer Reviews: section back into the correct footer column location.

No errors relating to this in the console so I am guessing the shortcode is outputting incorrect html and perhaps this is causing the layout below the section to be incorrect.

    Hi Luke,

I’m not sure. I’ll have our developers take a look into this and see if it’s something we can fix.

    Hi Luke,

Which version of the plugin do you use? Right now [RICH_REVIEWS_SNIPPET stars_only=”true”] is available in the footer column? because I can’t able to find it in your site footer.

The shortcode has been put back in now so you can see it in action.

    We’re using 1.8.5

Hello Luke and Sorry for the delay.

I tried to reproduce it on our end but I can’t find any HTML mess up.

Can you open a ticket with us here: https://starfish.reviews/contact/ so we can see about getting more detailed info from you to diagnose this issue.
