Shortcode Not Active

Hi;
I activated the plugin and used the following shortcode:

[bp-blogs-list]

on the following page:

https://wondervegas.com/wonder-sites/

But it only shows the shortcode as if the plugin isn’t activated.

Okay I think I have the wrong plugin. Which is the plugin that goes with this documentations page?
