    Hi digitaldressup,

The module’s HTML is empty on the frontend (https://ibb.co/BTmP6Cf). Are you by any chance using a cache plugin? If so, could you delete your cache and see if that makes a difference? (What the caching might be doing is serving an old version of the page created by the page builder, so clearing it would help with this.)

If that’s not it, then what element are you placing it in? Is there a specific shortcode element? What happens if you try to place it in a text element instead? Or is there an option to use the Gutenberg block instead of the shortcode?

Thanks for your reply jaysupport! Prior to submitting this ticket, I had cleared the cache and used several different devices to ensure that wasn’t the issue. I’ve tried embedding the shortcode in both Divi’s text and code modules, but no luck there either.

We’ve tried placing it in the Gutenberg block, however, the booking widget doesn’t center itself.

Would this be the issue with the Premium version as well? Any other suggestions on how to make this work, preferably with Divi’s page builder?

    Hi digital,

That would have nothing to do with free vs. premium. It’s probably just a CSS styling overlap between the theme and the plugin. If you could provide the URL of the page with that booking form on it (there still doesn’t appear to be anything on the original page you sent), I can have a look at the source code and see if there’s any CSS I can suggest to help center it.
