Shortcode not generating

The mailpoet shortcode [mailpoet_page] is not generating on my site.
I access the page from MailPoet settings – Basics – Preview next to the unsubscribe page.
I’ve tried clearing all cache, I’ve tried creating a Custom Unsubscibe page, but no success.
I’m using the “Inspiro” theme, bock editor and WordPress 6.3The strange thing is that the [mailpoet_manage_subscription] shortcode does work fine.
