Shortcode not generating

Using the plugin wizard, after selecting all the options, it only outputs the basic shortcode [trustindex no-registration=tripadvisor]. Its possibly connected with temporary SSL issues I am having, but it would be useful if you could just provide a list of shortcode parameters so that I could sort it out manually. Where can I find this list?
