    @drsuccess,

    I took a look at your page and saw the shortcode on the bottom – [gcal]

    If you are using the 2.0.0 beta version then you are almost there. You just need to add in the Feed ID for the calendar like this:

    [gcal id="1234"]

    You can find the feed ID on the GCal Events menu item.

    If you are using the current version (0.7.3.1) then the shortcode is actually a little bit different, but you will still need the Feed ID.

    [google-calendar-events id="1234"]

    For the 0.7.3.1 version you can find the Feed ID under Settings -> Google Calendar Events on your admin dashboard.

    Hope this helps fix your issue, let me know if there is any more problems.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    The [gcal] shortcode will be added in version 2.0.0. Until that’s released, you’ll need to use the somewhat lengthier [google-calendar-events] shortcode.

    Were you able to get this working with the changes?

    We’re assuming this is resolved since we haven’t heard back in a while.

    If you try the latest version of the plugin and still need help, feel free to post more detail.

    Hi,
    Love your plug in. I can’t seem to get the shortcode to work with the Pictorico theme. When I click view feed it shows up on a post, but when i use the short code in a text widget it doesn’t show up, nor does it show on a post, nor does it show on a WP float plug-in. Sigh. Here’s the problem URL; Here is the URL of a mockup where it works nicely with a different theme…that i would rather not use.

    Thanks in advance for any help,
    Rosemary
