Shortcode Not Rendering

Hello,
I pasted the following code:
CURRENT AUCTION ENDS IN: [fergcorp_cdt]
In to a “Call For Action Text” Section of my WP Website but only plain text appears.
When I use it in a post, it works perfectly fine.Could you please help me figure this out?
