Shortcode not rendering in Schema markup

I’m using the info located in a TablePress table and the plugin Single Cell Content Shortcode to update some events information in my website. I have the html code with the structured data inside a custom field and everything is rendering correctly, but for some reason the shortcode inside the field content”” are not rendering.
Any idea?
