Shortcode not showing

    Hi!

    I worked on a site on my server and then moved it to the official server.
    The shortcode is showing fine in my server but nothing appears on the official site. Can not seem to understand why this is, any guidance?

    Shortcode I’m using:
    [wpinstagram_images username=”@theusername” show=”5″ horizontal_list=1]

    I would not reveal the sites publicly, if possible I’d send you the links via email ([email protected])?

    Maybe..you forgot to activate the plugin on the official server. Can you check this?

    Hi,

    Plugin is activated and running. When it is not activated the shortcode is showing as simple text, but when activated the shortcode nor the image appear. Everything should be identical as the two installations are identical – thats why I find this to be odd. I also emailed you with more details and website links.

    Can you check your “uploads path” permissions ? (wp-content/uploads);

    uploads folder permissions are all marked as read / write / excecute for both group and owner permissions.

    Hi,

    Can you please send plugins requirements so my server provider can compare them with servers settings. Maybe this is a server provider side issue.

    Cache ( or feature flagging on instagram ).

    I recommend you to create an app (https://instagram.com/developer/) and use another plugin.
