Shortcode not working

    I am running a site on localhost with Twenty Sixteen theme and no other plugins, and the shortcode is not working. It just shows [ultimate-faq-search] on the page. I have one FAQ, one category, and one tag. Any ideas why it would not work? Really wanting this FAQ to work. I’d like to use it for my client. I also tried installing it on another site with the Total theme and got the same results.

    Only the faq search tag doesn’t work. On the home page of the plugin, it says that it is included in the free version. Is that not the case?

    Sorry about any confusion. The search shortcode is only activated in the premium version of the plugin. Would you mind letting us know where you saw that it wasn’t the case that it was premium only? We’d love to change that information to avoid any confusion in the future!
