    Hello

I got the API and then tried to put the shortcode in a widget, but no luck (I enabled the shortcode support in widget, why dont you also create a widget for the plugin?)

Then I found out that even i insert the shortcode in a post, it also did not work.

    the code I used is:

    [stock-market-news stockExchange=”HKSE” includeImage=”true” includeDescription=”true” includeRelated=”false”]

    Please help.

    Thanks!

Your short code is missing the symbol parameter, which is required. Please try the following:

    [stock-market-news stockExchange=”HKSE” symbol=”01398″ includeImage=”true” includeDescription=”true” includeRelated=”false”]

    What error are you getting?

Thank you for the swift reply!

It did not show any error message, just the shortcode displayed as text but not the charts as expected.

The situation remain with the new code:

    [stock-market-news stockExchange=”HKSE” symbol=”01398″ includeImage=”true” includeDescription=”true” includeRelated=”false”]

Do you need more information to tackle the problem?

We can’t reproduce the problem. When we use the short code in a new post, we get the company news as expected (this plugin is not the chart plugin but rather the news plugin). Can you please share further details?

    Sorry it is my fault.

I already found out the problem is that I install one plugin but used a shortcode for another plugin from you.

Thank you so much for your help!
