Shortcode Not Working

I tried adding the facebook login link via these provided shortcodes:
– [xs_social_login provider=”facebook” class=”custom-class” btn-text=”Button Text for Facebook”]
– [xs_social_login provider=”facebook”]Button Text for Facebook[/xs_social_login]

But the text that displayed was still default “Login with Facebook”.

I tried adding the shortcode both via directly inside the php file with do_shortcode() function and by added the shortcode in Gutenburg Editor.
