shortcode not working

I tried shortcode from 2 different chart plug-ins
[amcharts id=”treemap-1″]
[visualizer id=”2889″]

Well you need to make sure that the ‘Allow Shortcode’ checkbox is ticked in your slider settings.

And probably not all shortcodes will work within slide content – most do from my testing, but I did once encounter an issue with using shortcodes within slide anything for a certain page builder product (cannot remember which one) – using shortcodes in this way you end up with multiple tiers of shortcodes:
– tier 1 is your page builder shortcodes
– tier 2 is your slide anything shortcode
– tier 3 is your 3rd party plugin shortcode

So that’s why this option is disabled by default as there is always a possibility of this introducing issues.

I had that checked. Also using default WP > Classic Paragraph. Can you please test with [amcharts id=”treemap-1″]
or [visualizer id=”2889″]
?

Well if I test those shortcodes they obviously will not work. I do not have those respective plugins installed on my test site, nor do I know what the corresponding plugins are for those shortcodes.
