shortcode not working

  • short codes are not working.

    why i need shortcodes?
    because in advanced setting side; there is no options at tvshows and persons section like movies section.

    when i want to create in a normal post only movie search is available, there is no choice for tvshow and persons

    can you please help me about this issue?
