shortcode not working

i’m testing your plugin for a client website.
i installed the plugin and imported the dummy data successfully, all the tours are showing in front end.

but the issue is when i try to show all the tours on one page using the shortcode it gives error “showing 0 of 0”
shortcode i’m using [travel-list style=’grid’ sidebar-filter=’no’]
