Shortcode not working

I have used elemailer lite to create an email template with elementor. On WPFORMS i enabled the notifications and i added the elemailer shortcode into the message field of the confirmation email that is sent to the person who fill the form, like in the documentation. When i receive the confirmation email, it shows in mail body the shortcode and not the template i created.

What am i missing?
