I have tried all things mentioned in other posts regarding the insertion of shortcode, and possible fixes. I am simply inserting the shortcode in a page and the invoices are not displaying there. Using latest version of WP as well as the plugin.

    Hey,

if you are talking about [wp-invoice] shortcode then you use it wrong way. It is not supposed to list invoices.

To make it work you just need to put it to some page where you want SINGLE invoice view to appear. Then create new invoice and go to view it online. Invoice information will appear in place where the shortcode is.

    Thanks.

Yes, I am aware of it’s purpose – it does not work. My use of invoices in the plural was referring to any individual invoice.

    It does not work

Here is the page it is coded on:

If you provide me your email address, I will create a test invoice and send to you so you can test

I need admin access as well to test options.

    Thanks.

I am just seeing this. Even though I checked the box to Notify me of responses, I didn’t get anything. I will set up an invoice today and send to you.

I sent you the test invoice but not have seen any follow up here and have checked daily. Please advise

That’s very strange because today I asked you to send me admin credentials but my message is gone for some reason.

you should have received an email from me with credentials – please confirm by replying to my email

okay, I see you have a bunch of plugins installed. I am afraid WP-Invoice conflicts with some of them. You need to disable ALL the plugins except WP-Invoice and test again. If it works then start activating plugins back one by one and test WP-Invoice after each activation. That way you’ll be able to find one that conflicts.

    Let me know after this.

    Thanks.

I am having the same problem. The short code [wp-admin] isn’t working. I disabled all of the plugins as suggested but still no luck.

    How do you use it?

Sorry, that should say [wp-invoice]. I am putting the short code into a page I created. Then, I created a sample invoice and emailed it. When I click on the emailed link it takes me back to the page I created and only displays [wp-invoice]. No invoice information.

Find an option on settings page that says Turn off compatibility mode. And try changing it.

    Thanks

That didn’t work either unfortunately. Any thing else I can try?

Then try some of the default themes please. If it works then it means your theme does not support WP-Invoice. But I think we will be able to fix it later.

    Let me know. Thanks.
