Shortcode not working

  • Hola,

    Used this plugin without any issues. We have one service review page, and on our home page, we showed a snippet of the last 2 reviews with the help of the shortcut. Everything smooth and fine.

    Now, some days ago, out of the sudden the home page shows the ‘Click here to submit a review” button plus the business card output.

    It seems the ‘HIDECUSTOM=1’ setting doesn’t work anymore. Anybody else has this issue and knows how to resolve it?

    Looks like a have the same problem. My review page generated with the plugin shows only the ‘Click here to submit a review” button, but not the reviews. Please check – https://mirey.by/about/reviews/

    I managed to fix it by switching off the plugin on all network blogs manually on our wordpress installation; then clearing all caches twice, and then activated the plugin again on my website/blog. Afterwards, all was fine again.

    Thank you for the advice. Unfortunatly it did not help. Maybe I am doing something wrong with clearing the cache – I use a cache plugin (W3 Total Cache). I will try something different.
