Shortcode not working

Running on Genesis.
The shortcode does not work on this site https://curtischristinepress.com/wp/
It should show just below the ‘share’ icon and above the ‘xxxx’
However the widget works which is right below the ‘xxxxx’
I have “Short codes in Widgets” checked in settings.
I tried it on a test page… not working… not even being executed.
I disabled all other plugins. Did not work.
I reinstalled it. Did not work.
So what would cause the shortcode to NOT work?
