Shortcode not working if "Hide out of stock items from the catalog" was ticked

Hi, I would like the out of stock products not to be listed in the shop but in a separate page, thus the Woocommerce option “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” was ticked. In this case, the widget is showing the out of stock products but the shortcode does not list any products. Please help, thanks.
