Shortcode not working in page

Hi there, I am using WordPress 4.0 running DW Minion theme.
I’ve installed and activated the plugin, and have put the widget I wish to use (Weptile Image Slider) into the ‘Arbitrary’ section under Appearance-Widgets.
When I use the pre-generated short code on the page I want it to display nothing shows.
Any ideas?
