    Hi,

I have a Newsletter page with the following shortcodes
    [mailpoet_archive]
    [mailpoet_subscribers_count]
    [mailpoet_manage text=”Manage your subscription”]

The first two work well, and show expected content, but the last one shows “[mailpoet_manage text=”Manage your subscription”]” instead of a link.

I do have BuddyPress installed – not sure if that’s relevant here, just mentioning it as I saw this in a recent changelog “Fixed: unsubscribe URL doesn’t work when BuddyPress is enabled;”

    Thanks,

    sbz

  • Hi sbz,

Subscription management shortcode works only when you click on an unsubscribe/manage subscription link in the newsletter that you receive. You can use that shortcode on any page as long as you configure that page to be used for unsubscribe/manage subscription.

    1. Here we are creating a sample page with the [mailpoet_manage] shortcode: https://i.imgur.com/KMAWAqd.png
    2. Here we are configuring our sample page to open when “manage subscription” link is clicked: https://i.imgur.com/z8gKb77.png
    3. Here is the end result: https://i.imgur.com/sZsSMoU.png

    We hope this help.

    Regards,
    MailPoet Team.
