Shortcode not working on header/footer/product page

    Shortcodes do not work if used on any of the Theme Builder elements. They show and work on the preview, but on the actual website it only show the “shortcode” code. Using this specific example “[wcj_cart_items_total_quantity before=”Cart: ” after=” items”]”
