Shortcode not working on Pages

    Greetings,
    I have created shortcode for a gallery with 3 albums.
    [wpdevart_gallery lost_ids=”” gallery_id=”1″ album_id=”all” popup_albums_themes=”” popup_themeid=”1″ theme_id=”1″ order_type=”kirpich”]

    I pasted it into a WPContent Field on the top of this page.

    I am not getting any image results.

    I am using version 10.0.

    Actually I am finding this plugin to be more complicated to use than I had anticipated and I think I would like to request a refund at this point. I appreciate your assistance.
