Shortcode Not working – OptimizePress

    Hi,

    I am using OptimizePress in wordpress and have created a Wheel and put the shortcode into a ‘Custom HTML/Shortcode’ element on the page, but the Wheel of Life doesn’t show up.

    I also created a test page and used the shortcode on the test page (not using OptimizePress) and it works fine, except the button can’t be seen until you hover over it for some reason.

    Any ideas on how I can overcome this?

    Sorry to hear that you are facing the issue. I checked the link and it is working fine as you might have disabled the plugin.

    There might be some settings in the OptimizePress plugin that you might have configured that is causing the conflict. We recommend you to go through the settings, one by one (especially JS related settings) and enable/disable them to check which setting is causing the issue. In most case, if you are using delay or defer feature, such issue occurs.
