Shortcode on Category Page Archive Description

  • I made a shortcode to put the social share icons in a category page archive description.

    Everything’s looking good at first, but when you click to share, it shares the URL of the first post within the category instead of the category page itself.

    Does anyone know what can be done to fix this?

  • I am trying to display the buttons with shortcode, but I cannot find out how. Would you mind sharing what you did?

    I found out how to make it happen with the github link. Unfortunately it doesn’t keep the query string when sharing the URL, which voids my usage ??
