Shortcode on Youtube Showcase template page

Kindly asking you to try to check the php shortcode on another theme (it will be great if you test the shortcode using one of default WordPress themes).
Does a shortcode work on a regular page or post?

Yes it does work on a regular template and this is my problem. I can not find what is causing it to not work on this page since it does work on all my other pages for the site. Again this is driven by the plugin called youtube showcase and it uses its own templates not the one in my child theme. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Forgot to add that yes it works on other posts in the site if you go to the page and go around to other pages and posts. Also, not sure if it matters but the widget, which does also work on other pages and posts does not work on this either.

I also notice on the page that the shares are not working that my fixed navigation bar is not working correctly either like it does on all other pages. Just food for thought as far as what they have in common possibly.
