Shortcode or php for display most recent video

On our new layout I’m wanting to have the most recent/available video shown. I don’t see a way to do that in shortcode. This is for a new sermon center layout we’re putting together, where we want the video shown, and the next 6 sermons shown to the right. Since it takes a little while to get the video posted, I need to also be able to filter my video (make sure I’m showing a sermon that contains video embed code).

Best way to do this?
