Shortcode Order by

It appears that on line 200 of the jtd-anything-slider.php you define the order and order by variables, yet when defining the args for the query on line 204 you use the order and order by directly from the passed variables.
Could you please fix this? Just simply change the orderby and order on the args to the variables you have previously declared by the same name?
