Shortcode Problem

    To be honest, I don’t think there is anything the plugin could be doing to affect the shortcode once it is generated. At that point it’s just some text in the WordPress post, and the plugin is only involved again when it is called upon to actually display the PDF itself.

    So it must be related to something else in your setup. Maybe you have a custom visual editor installed that is applying its own formatting to the text?
