Shortcode problem

First of all, put that in the Text editor to see if it works. Also, remove the curly quotes and replace them with normal ' quotes. Let me know if it works. ??

This is because the theme changes the character.

Butwhen type to the HTML code ASCII, the plugin still does not show the graphics.
